so... i'm in week 19 of our "52" project on flickr. a group of friends and myself have decided to keep our creative juices flowing every week by posting 1 type of art [photo, painting, design, etc] to flickr that we created during that week. yes, a year of art. we figure it helps keep those of us who do art for a living enjoying our craft and doing non-job art. and for those who don't do art for a living, it is an avenue in which they can grow their skills as well.

so it's been a while, but i stumbled into another artist that inspired me. i love victor's paintings. he does some amazing portraits. i love the texture and colors... they radiate warmth and power.
